Todo comenzó en la antigua Roma, cuando el Emperador prohibió que los jóvenes se casaran, pues pensaba que los solteros eran mejores soldados porque tenían menos ataduras. Sin embargo, un sacerdote de la época, Valentín, casaba a parejas en secreto, pero cuando el Emperador se enteró mandó a decapitar al clérigo que murió el 14 de febrero del año 270 DC. Al pasar los siglos, la Iglesia Católica santificó al sacerdote romano y el 14 de febrero se convirtió en el Día de San Valentín.

¡Vístete de rojo! De acuerdo con un estudio realizado en 2008 por psicólogos de la Universidad de Rochester (EEUU), usar ese color en la ropa sube el ánimo y nos vuelve más atractivas al sexo opuesto.

Llena tu vida de sensualidad. Compra rosas rojas para tu casa, usa ropa interior sexy (solo tú lo sabrás) o planea tu look en función de esas strappy sandals que tienes en tu clóset ¡hay muchas opciones! Deja volar tu imaginación.
